At Homeground MMA, we coach the principles of each discipline: Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and Nogi), and Wrestling – individually and altogether for MMA.
Our Classes

Muay Thai
Widely regarded as one of the most well-rounded and effective striking practices, Muay Thai teaches the art of 8 limbs: fists, elbows, knees, kicks.

Boxing
In the science of Pugilism, learn how to “hit and not get hit”. Boxing is one of the oldest and most efficient martial arts characterised by sharp punches, swift footwork and movement.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brings the fight to the ground, with grappling and submission holds. In this game of chess, you’ll learn to defend and attack with leverage, weight distribution, and positions to submit your opponent.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Nogi)
Dropping the technical use of the Gi, this submission grappling sport is faster-paced and focuses on body mechanics, wrestling-based grips and movement.

Wrestling involves grappling your opponent to gain and control the top position advantage - through various throws, takedowns and techniques.
